My name is Michael Rickard and I have been writing custom themes for WordPress since 2011. I normally develop purpose-built themes for companies and individuals.

Starting in 2020, I found myself wanting to put up a couple of WordPress sites of my own. With my own custom theme, of course. I can picture the theme in my mind's eye: barely there, easily responsive, accessible from the ground up, minimal code, incredibly clean appearance. So I'm going to build several themes like that for myself to use, and they will be published here.

If anybody in the wider world wants to use one of my themes, it will soon be possible.

No, this is not a WordPress site. This is a static site that is used as a home base for developing and publishing the themes.
